Straight Talk About Guarantees

One thing we want you as a customer to know is that when it comes to pest control, it’s a tricky thing to put a guarantee on. We are unable to guarantee the randomness of nature and its ability to get into our homes.

“With nature, there is no guarantee”

In this field when someone or a company guarantees their work, they are saying that for a period of time nature will basically stop. At Bloom we offer guarantees for certain pests but others we cannot offer that for. This is us trying to be as honest as we can with you. When we are dealing with the certain pests that we cannot offer a guarantee on, we can offer an alternative path to remedy the issues/keep the pests at bay.

Terminology

Controlling and monitoring your home. The ‘old school’ way of pest extermination was a ‘one and done’ deal.  With time, we learn. Now we operate under the premises of integrated pest management, steps to minimize pest entry.
