Update:
Oregon and Washington have adjusted their threat levels concerning the Covid-19 virus. Since this pandemic started, Bloom has been able to safely continue with our services, and go above and beyond the standard for Covid safety protocols. We continue to follow the protocols in place, you can see some of our safety standards below, so we can keep serving our amazing customers in Oregon and Washington.
Update:
Gov. Kate Brown has released that Oregon will be entering a 2 week Pause from Nov 11th to Nov 25th, some counties this will be longer. We still remain on the list of companies that are allowed to work during these times. Our Pest Control and Crawl Space divisions are working hard everyday and continuing with our strict new COVID-19 protocols (you can see them below). As always, our phones are open if you have any questions.
Update:
For your assurance, Bloom’s Services are not included in the Oregon Governor’s Stay Home Order, put into place on March 23, 2020. Bloom takes the health your family and our community very seriously and we are taking every precaution to make sure we can safely perform our services for you.
When our services require entering your home, here are a few of the precautions we are taking:
- All employees will wear gloves at all times
- If preferred, we will be happy to provide our services at a time when you will not be home
- In our industry, employees normally wear respiratory masks for their own protection when working on your project. As an extra precaution, we will now be asking you if you would prefer us to wear our masks when entering your home.
- All employees are equipped with sanitizer products and are using them regularly
- All employees are following personal sanitation habits, including hand washing
- We have designated employees on each team that are in charge of regular cleaning procedures, including sanitizing all high-touch items and surfaces regularly
- We will maintain social distancing measures as ordered
- If you have additional ideas or requests, we will make every reasonable accommodation for your peace of mind.
Our office staff will work from home and our hours will remain the same.
As news of this virus becomes available, all Bloom employees have been instructed to follow the best practices from the CDC. This includes:
- Being aware of symptoms
- Staying home when feeling sick
- Regular hand washing
- Self-quarantining sick individuals
We have been fortunate enough to not have any Bloom members affected by COVID-19 (CoronaVirus). If we do, we will follow the CDC”s suggestions and have that employee immediately go into self quarantine and seek medical attention.
We will keep this page updated if anything changes. Our thoughts and prayers go to the ones affected by this virus.
