Bloom provides both pest control and crawl space services, and this role supports both sides of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls
- Assist customers with questions about services, treatments, and our approach
- Create customer accounts, schedule services, and build technician routes
- Process payments
- Accurately enter and manage customer and job data
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support quality control efforts and uphold service standards
- Collaborate with team members (including virtual teammates)
What We’re Looking For
- Familiarity with the Portland Metro area and traffic patterns
- High school diploma or GED + 2 years of customer service experience (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills — especially over the phone
- Comfortable learning and using systems like Google Docs, Gorilladesk, and CallRail
- Ability to quickly learn service details (pest control + crawl space work)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Solid typing skills (60+ WPM)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in pest control, construction or real estate
- Scheduling, logistics, or routing experience
- Bilingual skills
