Pest Control Technician

As a Bloom Tech, you’re in charge of your day. You’ll be driving one of our company trucks, heading to customers’ homes, and performing pest control treatments—often solo, so we need someone who’s reliable, trustworthy, and confident working independently.

You’ll be handling a truck stocked with pest control products, so quick learners with good judgment are a must. (Bonus points if you keep your car clean—we like clean trucks!)

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Can work independently and as part of a team

  • Loves meeting new people (you’ll be face-to-face with customers every day)

  • Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Crawl Space Specialist

Strong? Hardworking? Not afraid to roll up your sleeves? Sounds like you belong with us.

This isn’t your typical desk job — you’ll be moving materials and spending time in crawl spaces, so being comfortable with hands-on work is important. It can be physically demanding, but if you’ve got a positive attitude and enjoy staying active, you’ll do great here.
